It is a great electric-range. The top is lean and clean; easy to clean; it is very effective - it heats up very quickly; almost no difference compared to the previous gas-range I had. The oven is actually better; baked root veggies are the best. I recommend this product.

Marks appeared the first time I used the 12" ring. They look like pitting of the surface. Other rings are fine. My previous Gallery Series electric range lasted 16 years and there was not one mark or scratch on the surface. Not happy about this!

Great true convection oven at a mid-range price. Went from a double oven with true convection to the Frigidaire. While we miss the extra oven, we do like the larger single oven. Used the air fryer feature a few times and works as expected. Haven't purchased an air fry basket yet, but intend to.The stovetop heats evenly, and the fast boil is great. My only complaint would be with the hot stove indicator. Our previous stove would indicate which burner was hot. While this wasn't a breaking point for us, it is a great feature. Make sure you follow the directions and apply cleanser/cream before first use.

Oven didn't work the very first time we tried it. Wasn't tested at delivery so now we have no option except to get repaired. Delivery man didn't explain anything or review paperwork. Not exchanged or returned but repaired. At that appointment the Service person said it needs a whole new "Board" and had to be ordered. Tried a Frigidaire product one last time because of the Features/Benefits of this Model. Had issues with the 2 previous Frigidaire appliances as well. Good thing I had an extended warranty. The Servicemen were very good at least. Hope they are the ones that come back to replace the Board.

I have only owned this range for a month, but it is performing beautifully. I chose this one because of the many modes (bake, broil, air fry, convection). I haven™€™t used all of the modes yet, but just baking produces a noticeable evenly cooked product ™€" possibly due to the fan in the back which circulates the hot air. The range is beautiful and complements my hardwood floors and distressed hickory cabinets. The dials are easy to read and controls have been easy to learn. The only ™€œminuses™€ I would say, are things that are different from my old range: The ™€œbeep™€ when time is up is sharp, not melodious (however, it is impossible to miss or ignore, which is good); and the timer function requires three taps (timer; length of time; timer) rather than two (timer, length, auto start from there with my old one).

Good but steam clean sucks

This oven as far as convection goes is great. However whoever designed the steam cleaning option on this thing have absolutely no idea what they're doing. When you put the water in the bottom of the oven and then turn it on steam clean all the steam that is SUPPOSED to build up INSIDE the stove just bleeds out at the top part of the stove where the burner is. Furthermore when you put it on the steam clean option and never even gets hot enough to even turn it into steam. the water was still sitting at the bottom 30 minutes later when it turned off. This feature absolutely sucks and was one of the main reasons why I bought this model. Does the engineers who designed this thing not realize that it takes steam to get to 212° not just 150?

Best Electric Range Ever

I needed to replace my existing lower model Frigidaire electric oven due to some issues and wanted to upgrade. I chose the Frigidaire Gallery Convection/Air Fryer range after many months of research and comparing other brands. Frigidaire Gallery has almost everything I wanted in options. The one thing I was looking for was a 6.3 c.f. interior and the Gallery had only 5.7 c.f. I took the chance and bought it since it had so many other wonderful features. I was so glad I did! It is an elegant looking appliance and has been performing right on everything. The stovetop is fast to heat up, maintains the temperature perfectly and is very easy to clean and keep shiny. The air fryer is the size of the entire rack (big) and works fast, although I am still learning how to use it. I have tried convection convert with simple things like bread and they came out faster than normal with better results. Steam clean is for very simple messes but helps loosen dirt with manually cleaning the rest (I haven't used the self clean option yet). I am extremely happy that I chose this brand over all the others and very pleased with the end result.

Only had the stove for a few weeks but everything is working well. I'm still getting used to what settings to use for various stove top heat. Only complaint is how loud the timer is and the small peeping noises the oven makes. I spent a half hour trying to figure out which smoke alarm battery was low!
